HDC offers a wide variety of edible soybean opportunities for their Food Producers. Each identity preserved variety is contracted with end-users for specific uses. Our products are used in tofu, miso, natto, soymilk, and sprouting markets. HDC has invested in a state-of-the-art edible soybean plant. This high volume plant contains the following equipment: gravities, destoners, electric eyes and a harada machine. This extra processing equipment allows HDC Food Producers every opportunity to make food grade premiums (90%+), even during difficult harvest years.
